Who We Are
The Legal Rights Organisation (Reg. No. 14/2025) is a socio-legal organisation founded on one belief: the law belongs to everyone. Led by Chairman Dr. S.R. Selvam Christopher (B.Com., B.L.), High Court Advocate, and guided by General Secretary Dr. J.S. Jegan (B.E.), we work to ensure every citizen — regardless of their background — can access, understand, and exercise their legal rights.
We are not a political party. We are a people’s platform — politically neutral, constitutionally grounded, and community-powered. We serve where justice is needed most: in villages, classrooms, workplaces, homes, and courtrooms.

What We Do
We work across 11 focus areas — Social Awareness, Legal Awareness, Women’s Protection, Child Safety (POCSO), Student Welfare, Farmers & Fishermen Rights, Labour Rights, Consumer Rights, RTI, Constitutional Rights, and the Rule of Law — through 25+ professional teams serving communities directly.
We prioritise the most vulnerable. We serve the law, not any party. We go directly to communities. We don’t just raise awareness — we file petitions and win outcomes.
Mission is to make the law a living reality for every citizen — not just those with money, power, or connections.
A society where every individual can access justice freely, confidently, and without fear.
